Exchanges and Refunds
Refunds or exchanges are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be refunded in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Mony reserves the right to inspect the item and verify the defect before approving a refund or exchange.
